Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

At Homme Delicacy, we want to make sure that you have the best shopping experience with us. If you are not happy with our products for any reason, you can contact us to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

The products must meet following conditions in order to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must not be worn, washed, or altered.
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

    • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the package.
    • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
    • Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases that we have made a shipping error.
    • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

  • How to Return or Exchange

    1. Step 1.

      Contact us to request for a return or exchange including the information below:

      • Order Number
      • Product Name (use Product ID to avoid confusion)

    2. Step 2.

      Within one business day, check your mailbox for your free shipping label for your return or exchange.

    3. Step 3.

      Put the products to be returned or exchanged in their original packaging, and ship the products back to us. You can either hand the package to your UPS driver, schedule UPS to pick up the package from you, or drop it off at any UPS locations or drop-boxes.

      Tip: including an invoice with the package will help us process your return or exchange quicker.

      Lost your invoice? Print a copy by logging into My Account. Click “View Order” next to the appropriate order. In the order detail page, click “Invoices” tab under your Order #. You will find a button to print an invoice on the next page.

    • 2 - Wrong Size
    • 3 - Defective/Damaged
    • 4 - Item not as Pictured
    • 5 - Quality not as Expected
    • 6 - Color not as Expected
    • 7 - Did not Like Style
    • 8 - Poor Fit
    • 9 - Too Large
    • 10 - Too Small
    • 11 - Poor Packaging
    • 12 - Changed Mind
    • 13 - Order Made by Mistake
    • 14 - Order Multiple Items to Try Out
    • 15 - Other (please describe)
